We specialise in pottery painting sessions, for people of ALL ages, focusing on the wellness brought from sociable creativity!

 

We are a husband and wife team and are extremely proud to have taken over this wonderful shop in January 2018. We're having a ball and love spending time meeting different people who visit each day. So what do we do here? Well aside from being just a generally 'fun place to be', we bring to you:

Birthday and Hen Parties, Baby Showers and General Celebrations!

Our party room caters for up to 20 people, plus additional seating (approx. 10), on the balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, so feel free to bring your own party food and we will do the clearing up afterwards! Parties are available to book every day of the week, with evening slots available for groups of 25 or more.

Sessions For Intellectual and Cognitive Disabilities!

Here at Brooklyn, we cater for all kinds of organisations and groups, who use this particular activity as an enjoyable form of communication, self-expression, relaxation and stimulation; proven to be particularly beneficial for people suffering from Dementia, physical, sensory, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Our premises are fully accessible, with wheelchair access to the rear, and adapted bathroom facilities.

Baby Foot or Handprint Keepsakes!

They don't stay small for long! Come and create a special keepsake by capturing your babies hand or footprint on a plate, mug - anything you like really! Pram parking and baby changing facilities available! 

​

'Brooklyn Nights'

If you fancy getting 'creative' with friends, we hold our Brooklyn Nights event once a month, allowing people to share a bottle (if they wish), catch up with friends and relax! Definitely, something different to do, and loads of fun too! Brooklyn Nights is strictly over 18's only! and booking is essential. Look out for our Facebook announcements for upcoming dates.

Pottery Painting is an 'Indoor Thing'.....Nope! Not if you don't want it to be!

We now have a lovely outdoor seating area in our newly designed courtyard, for you to get creative in the sunshine, or just sit and relax with a chilled drink! The choice is yours!

Corporate Sessions and Away Days!

We provide unique team sessions and away days to support corporate team building, which can take place here in our lovely studio, or at your place of work.

School Groups, Brownies, Beavers, Rainbows (you get the idea)

We work very closely with local schools and groups and regularly host their meetings and trips out. Packages are tailored to suit the individual group's needs. 

The long and short of it is we welcome everyone! We are extremely flexible and can cater to any event to meet your needs. Whether you are looking to book for a group, or just fancy some 'quiet time' alone, you are welcome at Brooklyn Pottery!

Brooklyn cannot be held responsible, accountable or liable for any loss or damage to your finished pieces, howsoever caused, once the finished pieces are in the hands of a postal / delivery agent other than a Brooklyn Pottery employee. In the event of loss or damage occurring during the Glazing of the Firing process, Brooklyn accepts no responsibility or liability for claims in relation to ‘emotional distress’ or ‘trauma’. The purchaser agrees that Brooklyn shall be liable only for the cost or replacement and/or refund to the original value of the item. In booking Brooklyn Pottery for your party/visit or event you hereby agree to have read, understood and be bound by our terms and conditions.
